The Knights Hospitallers as we know them today was arguably founded in the year 1099 by Gerard Thom to provide for the sick, poor and injured pilgrims coming to the Holy Land. After the conquest of Jerusalem in 1099 during the first Crusade, the Order became a military one, responsible for the care and protection of the Holy Lands.

Finish it off with gunmetal toned Ave beads and Pater beads adorned with spectacular and hefty bead caps. This is a true Crusader rosary!

To measure the Gerard wrist rosary to your wrist size:
- Take a string or flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist
- Make note of the length and add 1/2 inch to the size
